Grand Ballroom
The main level of the clubhouse features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the golf course. Can be divided to accommodate two smaller groups simultaneously without compromising the outstanding views.

Stratford Room
Located on the lower level with a walkout patio, the Stratford Room offers an intimate setting perfect for any occasion — from wedding receptions to intimate rehearsal dinners.

Policies & Details
Deposit
$1,500 nonrefundable deposit required at booking. Progressive payment due 8 months prior. Balance due 10 days prior.
Guest Guarantee
Final guest count required 10 business days prior. Minimum 60 guests for station parties.
Pricing Lock
Pricing is guaranteed for 60 days from quote date.
Facility Fee
All functions subject to a 22% facility fee and applicable sales tax. Not a gratuity.
Payment Methods
Cash, check, money orders, and credit cards accepted. Credit card payments incur a 3% additional charge.
Outside Food & Alcohol
No outside alcohol per NY State law. No outside food except wedding cake/pastries from licensed facilities.
Children
Children 4 and under free. Children 5–10 pay two-thirds of buffet or station pricing.
Ceremony Add-On
$550.00 + $3.95/chair. Indoor or outdoor, seasonal availability.
