Facility Fee

All functions subject to a 22% facility fee and applicable sales tax. This is an administrative charge, not a gratuity.

Guest Guarantee

Final guest count required 5 business days prior to your event.

Pricing Lock

Pricing is guaranteed for 90 days from quote date.

Children

Children 4 and under free. Children 5–10 pay two-thirds of buffet or station pricing.

Payment

Cash, check, money orders, and credit cards accepted. Credit cards incur a 3% additional charge.

Outside Food & Alcohol

No outside food or alcohol permitted on property per NY State law, except wedding cakes/pastries from licensed facilities.

Min. Guests

Station parties: 60 guests minimum. Luncheon buffets: 30 guests minimum. Served luncheons: 25 guests minimum.

Hours

Daytime events 9am–3:30pm. Evening events 4:30pm–Midnight. Breakfast available 6am–11am Mon–Fri.
