Designed to provide the highest level of service for your corporate or charity golf event.

Our professional staff will see to every detail from start to finish to ensure the success of your tournament.

Contact the Eagle Vale Golf Director, Chris DeVincentis, to plan your event and discuss possible dates.

Contact the Eagle Vale Banquet Center Director to plan your tournament food service needs and check on the availability of your tentative date.

Once a tentative date has been discussed, you will be sent the "Tournament Management Package" which includes:

• Description of services provided by our tournament staff
• Golf event contract to be signed and returned with deposit
• Golf event checklist detailing the tournament day's itinerary
• A stamped, self-addressed envelope to return event contract and deposit
• Eagle Vale brochure including a direction map
• Current Eagle Vale score card

The Eagle Vale staff will meet with you and your committee to finalize the golf format as well as the following details:

• On-course special events
• Hole-in -one insurance
• Prize breakdown-gift certificates
• Driving range availability
• Rule sheets and on-course signage
• Deadlines for player lists and total number of players
• Optional professional golf clinics

Tournament Day:

• All golf carts will be staged and labeled with player's names, hole assignments and tee times.
• Eagle Vale will provide rules sheets and imprinted scorecards on the carts.
• A "Tournament Registration Tent" is made available to you and your committee to register and greet your players.

For your tournament, our staff will greet the players in the Eagle Vale parking lot and provide bag delivery service to the cart staging area where their golf bags will be loaded onto the appropriate labeled carts by our staff.
Approximately 15 minutes prior to tee time, we will call the players to their carts at which time instructions will be made and the starters will answer any last minute questions.

While the event is being played, the Eagle Vale staff will prepare large score sheets for posting. And after all the scores are posted, the winners will be determined, the gift certificates will be prepared, and the tournament summary sheet will be finalized and presented to the tournament chairman. Following your awards presentation, the Eagle Vale Pro Shop will remain open for any gift certificate redemptions. The Pro Shop at Eagle Vale is always stocked with the latest in men's and ladies sportswear and equipment. The Pro Shop has been recognized as one of the top public golf shops, on both national and local levels.
