Thanks for booking your tee time on our website. The following policies and procedures are in effect and the policies herein are enforced. We have designed our policies to accommodate a smooth and fast booking. There is no fee for booking on our website. We look forward to having you as a guest at Eagle Vale Golf Club and Learning Center . Enjoy your round.

Policies

Golf Shoes - No metal spikes allowed.

Dress Code – Collared and Mock Golf shirts and Bermuda length shorts are acceptable. No cutoffs or tank tops.

Food/Beverage - Coolers, ice chests, picnic baskets or outside food/beverages of any kind are not permitted on Eagle Vale property at any time-ever!.

Junior Golfers - Juniors under the age of 18 are NOT permitted to operate a golf cart. Junior golfers under 12 years of age must have one playing adult accompany them.

Residential Lawns - You are allowed to retrieve your ball on foot ONLY from the yards surrounding the course. NO CARTS ALLOWED beyond white stakes denoting homeowners property.

Cancellation Policy

Tee Time Reservations and/or changes to the booking must be made by phone or in person no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time. If reservation or change to reservation is not cancelled by this time, the credit card holder will be responsible for all applicable posted full price fees for all players booked with the credit card being automatically charged. Cancellation or changes cannot be made on the website.
